In her three-decade-long career in the corporate realm, Cindy has a collective of experiences across strategic HR, operational effectiveness, and business and project management.
Having navigated the dynamic landscapes of the business world, she has come to realise that her journey is not just about climbing the corporate ladder but about sharing, giving, and cultivating an insightful impact on individuals and organisation’s.
Cindy has spent over 30 years in the corporate world working for large multinationals like Coca-Cola, WPP, GroupM, Millward Brown/Kantar and Fiftyfive5 part of Accenture Song. She has built people teams from the ground up, starting with zero resources to evolving businesses that have access to efficient people teams, expertise, and system alignment and what is part of her “essence” is wanting to see people thrive with a huge care factor element.
The decision to embark on the entrepreneurial path is rooted in her desire to share the wealth of knowledge amassed over the years. There’s an innate joy in making things happen, and launching her own business provides the agility and innovation required to adapt swiftly to diverse situations. Witnessing people discover new facets of themselves and leveraging that newfound understanding for personal growth is a deeply fulfilling aspect of her mission.
What propels her forward is the passion for challenging leaders to adopt a ‘people lens’ when crafting growth plans. Her belief is that sustainable success lies in the synergy between strategic vision and the human element. Life, for Cindy, extends beyond the boardroom. As a mother, she has raised two adult sons, who are now charting their own paths in the world. Her global escapades have provided her with a myriad of cultural experiences, but home, nestled on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, holds a special place in her heart.
